Saturday night saw Macdonald Racing race at Brisbane once again.  With a very difficult track to race on, most drivers found it hard to pass early on, with the track being a "one lane track".  The first heat saw Nathan out of postion 1 while Shane was out of postion 2.  This was a single row start.  Nathan was able to create a small lead while Shane was running second  when his fuel pump cut out, which put him out of heat 1.  Nathan won the race with Chris Duffel 2nd and Dennis Bullpitt 3rd. 

For heat 2 Shane was from position 4 with Nathan starting right behind him.  Dennis in the #10 car broke out into the lead while Shane managed to get up into 2nd with Nathan right behind him.  After a few laps, there was a stoppage after Tony Blacker stopped on the track.  Once again Shane experienced fuel pump troubles when the race started again, while his brother took advantage of the situation taking 2nd.  Dennis Bullpitt took out the race win after it was declared because of too many stoppages.  Nathan was 2nd with Chris Duffel 3rd. 

For the feature Nathan came up with the points which put him on pole position with Dennis beside him and Shane at the rear.  On the start Dennis was able to get better drive up high and took the lead.  Macdonald trying his all to pass Bullpitt, getting up beside him on the straights but wasn't able to pull off a passing move.  After chasing Bullpitt, Nathan's car developed overheating problems which made him pull on the infield.  While that allowed Shane to step up from the rear and take 2nd place.  Dennis won his first Feature race with the East Coast A Grade, while Shane was 2nd and Tanya Blacker in the pink car 3rd.  The next time you'll see the Macdonald Racing Team will be at Charlton Raceway on the 6th December.
