handing out these photos at the track so be sure to meet us and get
your copy.
Sunday October 18, 2009 Shane Macdonald flew the flag
for Macdonald Racing on Saturday night winning his first heat,
finishing 3rd in his second heat and leading the feature race
from green to Checker.
(Some hooligans wanted their
photo taken too for the website) haha
Queensland #1 all signed up....
Friday October 16, 2009 A big day on Thursday from
Nathan and Shane saw Shane's Queensland Title winning car get
the signwriting done. The car looks a million Dollars, thanks
to Nathan and his artistic brain. We have already had heaps of
comments on how well the car looks, lets just hope it stays
that way. haha. I will be racing at Brisbane tomorrow
(17/10/09) so come on down and say Gday and cheer us on. See
you at the track.

Shane's car nearly ready to do Battle
Sunday October 11, 2009 After a few late nights and a
lot of help from Nathan, Shane's car has been painted over the
weekend and is now waiting to have the new signs put on it.
Shane will definitely be racing at Brisbane this weekend
18/10/09 and we are still unsure about Nathan's car yet as it
is still at the dyno. We will be trying everything we can to
get it there though.
Sunday
October 4, 2009 Macdonald Racing is gearing up for a big season with
Shane recently winning the QLD Title and wanting to show
everyone why he is QLD 1 while Nathan's new car is nearly
ready to hit the track. We are wanting to do all our local
shows this year and are aiming at doing the Fraser Coast
Modified Production Series and anything else is a bonus. Shane
is liking the Idea of travelling to Tasmania for the
Australian Title while Nathan is still undecided. Nathan's car
is at the Dyno at the moment so depending on when we get his
car back dictates when we will see his car on the track. There
is a Practise at Charlton Raceway Friday Night the 9th of
October for anyone interested. We would like to get Nathan's
car there but time is against us. Stay
Tuned. Shane

June 7, 2009 Shane Macdonald won the Westco Trucks, QSCA State
Modified Production Title, by a staggering 0.099 in a
thrilling finish at the Cairns International Motor
Speedway.
Macdonald all ready for QLD
Titles
Sunday
May 31, 2009 Shane Macdonald is all ready to head north to compete
in the Queensland Modified Production Title on the 6th &
7th of June. A generous gesture from fellow Toowoomba Modified
Production racer Peter Gray, has meant that Shane and Gary
Maroske can fly up to Cairns while Peter takes the cars up
with his truck. Shane will be hoping for a good run in the
heats and try to qualify up the front of the 40 lap Feature
race. With 44 cars nominated Shane will have his work cut out
for him. Shane would like to thank Rodney Pammenter for his
time and effort in helping Macdonald with the car and wishes
him the best of luck and hopes that we both can "bring home
the Bacon".
Sprint Sedans - Shane races behind his
brother (#32) and gives him a few taps as well as brushing the
wall a few times and passes several cars around the outside on
a greasy track!

Modified Production Title, 22nd & 23rd March
2008.
A lot of
outside help goes into the race car, and Shane would like to make
special mention of Dennis from Toowoomba Steering Service who has
been invaluable to the success of Shane's driving. Dennis, as
a racer himself, a lot of times puts more time and effort into other
peoples cars ahead of his own and the team are greatly appreciative
of it, we just hope we can continue our strong start to the
season.
